Flex Elite Group PT membership entitles you to attend 2 Elite group PT per week plus 1 FREE circuit session a week. 

Maximum of 6 people. As part of your Elite Group PT membership you get a personalised training program that is tailored to your goals. Expert nutrition advice and food plans (if wanted), personalised progress tracking through stats and photos (if wanted), exercise weight tracking to maintain progressive overload, and a more personal approach to your fitness journey. 

This is our elite membership plan and will give you the best and fastest results. 

As part of our Elite program we ask for your commitment to reach your goals and as such we have a minimum term of 3 months. 

You sign up to a monthly direct debit of £130 with a minimum term of 3 months, after which it will be a rolling contract with 30 days notice to terminate. All we ask is that if you cannot attend a session then you please cancel to give us notice to open up the space to another member. You can cancel a session up to 6 hours from the session start time.
